Initially, we’ll work on learning the basics, then how to connect them into sequences. We will also work on flexibility, strength, form, and rhythm required for gymnastics.

Over time students can expect to learn…

-Front and back handsprings

-Round Off

-Back Handspring

-Back flip

Emphasis will be on learning the basic skills correctly and safely in a fun environment.
