Facility Rental

Our facility is an excellent place to host events such as birthdays, work parties, graduation celebrations, retirement parties, and more!  You can reserve the pool, community room, or even the whole facility for an overnight retreat!  We hope to help you in planning your next event.  Please contact us with any questions you may have.   Here is a list of the different options we have.  Details for each are below.  To reserve the pool, contact Michelle Whipple at michelle@cascaderec.org.  To reserve the community room, contact Greta Baier at gretabaier@cascaderec.org.

POOL EVENT

What’s Included…

  • A 2-hour reservation for shared use of the facility pool and community room or grass area.
  • Towels, pool toys, swim goggles.
  • Limited tables and chairs available for use.  You set up and take down.
  • Cleaning supplies for clean-up after.

Fees…

  • $150 for up to 25 people
  • $175 for groups of 26-50 people
  • $200 for groups of 51-75 people
  • $225 for groups of 76-100 people
  • Groups larger than 100 people will need to book their party through the district manager.
  • A $50 security deposit is required to book an event and is non-refundable if you cancel your reservation.  This deposit will go towards the event fee.
  • You will be required to pass a cleaning inspection upon leaving.

To Reserve…

  • Call or come in to schedule and pay your deposit fee for your reservation.  
  • Please schedule your reservation at least one week in advance.
  • Reservations are still subject to pool closure due to inclement weather. 

PRIVATE POOL EVENT

What’s Included…

  • A 2-hour reservation for private use of the facility pool and community room or grass area.  Not available during our “general swim” hours (as of March 2019).
  • Towels, pool toys, swim goggles.
  • Limited tables and chairs available for use.  You set up and take down.
  • Cleaning supplies for clean-up after.

Fees…

  • $225 for up to 25 people
  • $250 for groups of 26-50 people
  • $275 for groups of 51-75 people
  • $300 for groups of 76-100 people
  • Groups larger than 100 people will need to book their party through the district manager.
  • A $50 security deposit is required to book an event and is non-refundable if you cancel your reservation.  This deposit will go towards the event fee.
  • You will be required to pass a cleaning inspection upon leaving.

  • Groups larger than 25 people will need to book their party through the district manager.
  • A $50 security deposit is required to book an event and is non-refundable if you cancel your reservation.  This deposit will go towards the event fee.
  • You will be required to pass a cleaning inspection upon leaving.

  • Call or come in to schedule and pay your deposit fee for your reservation.

NON-PROFIT GROUP EVENT

What’s Included…

  • A 2-hour reservation for private use of the community room.
  • Limited tables and chairs available for use.  You set up and take down.

  • FREE
  • Groups larger than 25 people will need to book their party through the district manager.
  • You will be required to pass a cleaning inspection upon leaving.

To Reserve…

  • The non-profit event will need to be approved by our District Manager.
  • After approval we will have you schedule and pay your deposit fee for your reservation.  
  • Please schedule your reservation at least one week in advance.

FOR-PROFIT GROUP EVENT

What’s Included…

  • A 2-hour reservation for private use of the community room.
  • Limited tables and chairs available for use.  You set up and take down.
  • Cleaning supplies for clean-up after.

Fees…

  • Fees determined by the district manager.  Generally a percentage of profit is required.  
  • A $50 security deposit is required to book an event and is non-refundable if you cancel your reservation.  This deposit will go towards the event fee.
  • You will be required to pass a cleaning inspection upon leaving.

  • Call or come in to schedule and pay your deposit fee for your reservation.  
  • Please schedule your reservation at least one week in advance.
